The folks at E-cigs DO send your sample fast, and they DO answer the telephone for cancellation.
My Feb 9, 2011 "on hold time" test was mixed. The first call got dropped after 2 min 10 seconds on the phone, and I was MAD. I called back less than 5 minutes later, and a live person answered - no tape.
I mentioned this to the operator, and she was apologetic and polite. We've sent them tons of happy first time users now, and we're still at at zero complaints.

In order to make the best decision about which electric cigarette suits you, look at what each brand name offers. Look at the cost, delivery time and the equipment included with each pack of electronic cigarettes you purchase.

The very first thing a lot of people look at is the price. While there could be some exceptionally cheap electronic cigarettes on the market, there are a few other things to contemplate before you buy, as well.

As incredible it may seem, I actually sat through this entire video, and the only thing worse than the poor quality of the video itself, was the poor quality of the legislature in New York.

The Luci line of electric cigarettes has recently lowered it’s price, to only $59 now.
Technology is improving dramatically and vendors are forced to lower prices a far cry from where they started out, which makes Luci worth checking out if you’re looking for a good three piece smokeless cigarette.
I am officially declaring the three-piece electric cigarettes OBSOLETE, and it’s extremely important that you understand there is a huge difference in products.
Many people don’t even know there is a difference, and they have no idea why some units are so cheap!

A new shipment of electronic cigarettes just arrived at Zerotar and I was amazed to see that prices have now dropped as low as $39!
Technology is really changing our lives and when I bought my first unit it was $119! The new ones look a lot more like cigarettes, in fact almost identical, and they’re lighter as well
Their basic unit for the 84mm cig is $39, but that doesn’t come with any nicotine cartridges, which of course you have to have.
There are two suppliers that have $59 kits that we’ve found, and both have been ordered already. As soon as we get ‘em, we’ll do our reviews and get them posted here, because that seems to be the new price point people want.
These things were all $150 a year ago, and the prices are way down now. like computers, it wouldn’t surprise me if most of them come from the same place!
Are there any maintenance issues for electronic cigarettes, and if there are, what might they be?
They’re very easy to use, and in general, the only maintenance required is to charge and replace the batteries as needed
Of course,, you also have to insert fresh cartridges or use some sort of refill liquid, but that’s it!
It’s recommended to keep the electric devices away from water – duh – and occasionally on some older models, you might need to reset the microelectronics in a device, by inserting the end of a paperclip into a reset hole on the side and holding for about 3 seconds.
