		<description>Sorry about the confusion regarding prices, you&#039;re right - that was an error on my end. I bought 6 of the 3 packs. Each 3 pack has 15 cartridges and is $40. 

They keep insisting their return policy doesn&#039;t cover cartridges. I checked their website just now and found a reference to it - which I swear wasn&#039;t up when I placed my order.

I know you weren&#039;t paid to write the review. But I have a feeling they treat reviewers better than us &quot;regular&quot; folk.

That&#039;s flat out untrue, since clearly they&#039;re only $14! - and they&#039;ll not take back your sealed refills - they have a 30 day money back guarantee, s oi see why you&#039;d be upset if it were true...  

That said, if you were mistreated, I&#039;d still like to follow up with them, so  if you email me your last name and order number, I can check it out. I&#039;ve had nothing but success with them, and you&#039;re the first complaint I&#039;ve heard about.

Their website does make them seem legit in comparison to many others, which is what prompted me to try them out. Here&#039;s my story broken down:

1. The Sensation kit I ordered arrived without the 5 pack of cartridges as advertised. It was clearly a starter pack that someone had returned. I contacted customer service and after being made out to be a thief and a liar, they eventually made good and sent me the 5 pack.

2. I ordered 6x5 packs of medium strength cartridges (@$40 each, what a rip...). To my dismay, when the package arrived I noticed they&#039;d sent highs instead of mediums.

3. I ultimately decided I was not happy with the e-cigs or the snappy customer service and requested to start the return process (they claim to have a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy). Well, I had to ask 5 times over 6 days just to get the RMA # due to their reluctance to actually honor the return policy. They then told me that I was unable to return the cartridges even though they had sent the wrong ones. I told them the boxes were still sealed, they didn&#039;t care. Now I&#039;m out $120. Awesome!

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these scumbags. Their e-cigs are garbage anyway. I&#039;m not advocating any brand in particular as an alternative - just research the various e-cigarette forums and you&#039;ll find plenty of good alternatives for 20% of the price.</description>
