		<description>Thanks for the voice of sanity, Ginny - I hope the legislators hear you, but I&#039;m afraid they&#039;re corrupted beyond hope.

 I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a desire to protect the public at all - they&#039;re simply caving in to pressure from the tobacco lobbyists.</description>

		<description>Should the FDA ban e-cigarettes they would need a very good reason(s) to do so, and a truthful one(s).  Thusfar, my understanding is there are no unhealthy carcinogens in these products.  And if the powers that be do ban these due to the nicotine, then we must remove the nicotine gums, vapors and patches as well.  And if they want to tax e-cigs as they tax regular tobacco products, they will need to do same with the nicotine products mentioned above.  Therefore, I foresee a class action lawsuit and sign me up.  I cannot tell you how fed up I am where I am continually being babysat by the bozos we have elected in all 50 states!  They are so out of control, and I&#039;m so amazed how votes never go to the people anymore.  Only votes that elect bozos, but never decision making votes.  Did I wake up in Cuba this morning?
