Are Electronic Cigarettes Right for Everyone?

Of course not. Electric cigarettes and any nicotine products are intended for use only by adults. Beyond that, use your common sense.
No one that is under the legal smoking age in your state should ever use them, and the manufacturer is not to be sold to persons under the legal smoking age in your state.
Additionally, any nicotine delivery devices should not be used by anyone that is pregnant or has other health concerns without first consulting the advice of a physician.
