Refilling Electronic Cigarettes

Thursday, February 19th, 2009

How do I refill devices and cartridges?

They all have different options, but the latest method is even cheaper, allowing you to buy little squirt bottles of nicotine juice, and then saturating your own cartridge.

I haven’t tried that yet, but intend to soon. For now, I just buy the refill cartridges from the device vendor, which pop right into the end of the electric smoking device.

That’s easy and fast, allowing you to change to a new cartridge in about 10 seconds.

Maintenance for Electric Cigarettes?

Monday, February 16th, 2009

Are there any maintenance issues for electronic cigarettes, and if there are,  what might they be?

They’re very easy to use, and in general, the only maintenance required is to charge and replace the batteries as needed

Of course,, you also have to insert fresh cartridges or use some sort of refill liquid, but that’s it!

It’s recommended to keep the electric devices away from water – duh – and occasionally on some older models, you might need to reset the microelectronics in a device, by inserting the end of a paperclip into a reset hole on the side and holding for about 3 seconds.

Many customers have used the product in restaurants, on airplanes, at work and in other places where traditional smoking is banned, and it will NOT set off smoke detectors either.
